-Contact TNT as soon as possible.

-Out of pocket expenses can add up quickly. The sooner we know, the better.
*In some cases, a clean and clear title can be relinquished in lieu of fees incurred.
TOW ZONE REMOVAL
-Contact TNT if your vehicle was removed from a private tow zone.

-Please include the year, make, model and color of your vehicle, along with the location of pick up if able.

ORDER BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
DUE TO CITATION or BMV REQUIREMENTS
-Contact the Law Enforcement Agency involved at the time of the incident.

*Some LEA's may require the owner to appear in person to the Agency Administrator with proper documentation before authorizing release.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
-Personal items are the sole responsibility of the vehicle's registered owner.
​
-The owner may appoint authorized individuals to gather personal items only if they have contacted TNT to disclose the name of the authorized individual(s) who will be retrieving items.
​
-If the vehicle has been released by the owner to an insurance provider, wanted items must be removed before insurance carrier pick up.

VEHICLE RELEASE
​
-ONLY the registered owner can authorize release and removal.
​
-The registered owner must appear in person with identification (driver's license, passport, etc.) and proof of ownership (copy of certificate of title or memorandum, insurance card, or vehicle registration).
​
-In some self- pay cases, an appointed individual can remove a vehicle ONLY IF the individual appears with a signed and notarized letter from the vehicle owner.
*Vehicles held under Law Enforcement Hold can only be released after all requirements of the respective LEA have been met.
